He has been a FOI and DP trainer for Understanding ModernGov, DPAS and the Civil Service College and has spoken at events such as IRMS, NADPO, ACPO conference, PDP and TNA conferences. He has been approved to deliver the BCS (British Computer Society) course in FOI. Independent test automation consultant and trainer. Bas has been active in the test automation field for over 17 years, and has worked on software testing and automation solutions across a wide range of programming languages, frameworks and technology stacks. Bas has delivered test automation training to dozens of companies and hundreds of conference attendees in the Netherlands as well as abroad, to excellent reviews. He lives in Amersfoort, The Netherlands, together with his wife and two sons. When not at work, he enjoys long bike rides, or sit down and read a good book.

Can Izgi has been teaching courses related to the agile approach and project management since 2005. Before starting his teaching career, he was a project manager in Turkcell, which is a telecommunication and technology services provider, founded and headquartered in Turkey. The main contractor of the company was Ericsson. Some of the projects he managed include IT infrastructure for credit card systems of banks, portal design, LAN and WAN systems, generic server platform for third party companies, vehicle location information system, and call center design for field technicians. He has been a member of Project Management Institute (PMI)® since 2005. He holds an Authorized Training Partner Instructor certificate issued by PMI®, so he is certified to teach Disciplined Agile® (DA™) and PMP® Exam Preparation courses using the turn-key licensed content prepared by PMI®. In addition, he holds the following certificates: Disciplined Agile® Senior Scrum Master (DASSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)®, Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) and Project Management Professional (PMP)®. He is one of the draft reviewers of the Software Extension to the PMBOK® Guide Fifth Edition. In addition, he is one of the reviewers of the drafts for the fifth, sixth and seventh editions of A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, (PMBOK® Guide). He speaks English, Turkish and German. He graduated from the high school Istanbul Erkek Lisesi. He has a BS degree and an MS degree both in Electrical Engineering; with the BS degree from Bosphorus University, Turkey and the MS degree from Syracuse University, USA. He resides in Istanbul, Turkey with his wife and daughter. He enjoys playing the flute, origami and doing amateur performing arts.

David Billouz is an ITSM professional with more than 24 years experience. He worked as Head of IT department, ITSM auditor, consultant and trainer. David lives in Prague, and is an ITIL Master and co-author of ITIL4 publications. He speaks fluently French, English and Czech and is a world citizen with a human centric approach to IT. Since 2006 he owns OCIRIS company, which is Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) to deliver IT Service Management and Project Management training courses. Davis's aim is to help organizations worldwide adopting ITSM best practices or being compliant with ISO 20000 standard. For instance, David took part of projects on ITIL best practice in automotive, bank or entertainment sectors. David was the first VP of the itSMF Czech Chapter in the years 2006 – 2007 and contribute to adoption of AXELOS products by his customer. His certifications include the ITIL Expert and ITIL Managing Professional certificates.
