Software engineer with over 20 years of experience in software development, Alireza started as a developer, and transitioned to DevOps engineering. Currently leading several teams within a bank to migrate platforms to the public cloud using Azure and AWS. Alireza has always been passionate about sharing knowledge. In his courses, you will learn the in-depth theory and then learn how to use the theory in practice.

Allan Kelly is an author, keynote conference speaker and consultant/mentor on all things agile and digital. His books include "Succeeding with OKRs in Agile", "The Art of Agile Product Ownership" and "Business Patterns for Software Developers" and he is just completing "Books to be written" a how to guide for non-fiction writers. He advises and mentors, managers and teams in using agile approaches with OKRs to accelerate delivery, meet deadlines, and execute against strategy. He believes these approaches benefit businesses and create more fulfilling work environments. Allan is an Agile Guide – guiding people and organizations to greater agility. He provides coaching and direct advice on agile working to leaders and teams creating digital products (software!). The companies Allan works with come from many fields as different as healthcare and surveying. However, they all depends on software to deliver for their customers. Without software they are nothing.

Alexei has 20+ years of experience in project management, doing project work in public and private sectors. He delivers training through his company - Flexilern - that he founded in Vienna, Austria, in May 2011. Since 2016 he is accredited by PeopleCert on behalf of AXELOS to deliver training in PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner 6th edition. Alexei delivered training in Hamburg, Gent, Geneva, Zürich, Lausanne, Frankfurt, Copenhagen, Berlin, Barcelona, Munich, Luxembourg, Stockholm, Cork, Dublin, Madrid and Vienna. In 2020-21, once face-to-face training became impossible, he led virtual instructor-led courses for audiences in the UK, Canada. Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia and Singapore - as well as in New York, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles and Florida.
