Sandie is a communication skills consultant passionate about giving people the skills to express themselves with clarity and ease. As a professional actor her objective is to marry the talents of the actor with those of the business executive to be able to speak with real impact and to feel comfortable doing it. Sandie has over 30 years’ experience in working with corporate, public and third sector clients including several government departments, academic institutions and media organisations. She trained at Manchester University (BA Honours in Drama) and at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (Diploma in Acting), and has performed extensively in the West-End and in Repertory touring theatre throughout the UK. Sandie uses theatre-based exercises to encourage you to come across with authority so that you can project your best self when speaking in public. Her sessions will usually involve looking at the characteristics of an effective presentation and how to structure a presentation with maximum impact and minimum effort. There will be a section on building confidence which can involve looking at overcoming nerves and will include relaxation, breathing and voice exercises. Sagar is an HR Agile Coach & Business Agility Consultant with over a decade of experience in HR functions at small and large multinational corporations. He has been running an HR consulting firm for the last few years, focusing on leveraging agile methods to increase business efficiency. Sagar is an authorized instructor for ICAgile Agility in HR (ICP-AHR) and Business Agility Foundations (ICP-BAF) training courses. He has considerable experience in coaching and training on applying agile practices for his clients, primarily HR departments. He also provides consulting for HR for Agile and Agile for HR transformation to corporates.

Sharon specialises in helping organisations, start-ups and small businesses to set up, implement or change day-to-day operations for greater efficiency and productivity. Having spent the last three decades in IT roles, from IT lecturing to service desk and technical support, she now divide her time between contracting for large companies and providing IT consultancy for start-ups and small businesses. Sharon worked for legal and financial institutions, including Slaughter and May, Allen & Overy, Dentons and BDO, specialising in IT Change and Training - helping teams grasp new software during organisational system changes. Putting together and distributing all communications around the updates (via emails, newsletters etc) is part of this remit and carrying out all necessary IT training for staff (face-to-face and online), and creating training guides and videos as required. Sharon's personal mission is always to make the change process as seamless and painless as possible. Her achievements include successfully rolling out laptops and Windows 10 at BDO; implementing WorkDay (a HCM application) making it easier for staff to book leave etc; and the roll out of Intapp, a bespoke application for onboarding new clients.
